Return and Exchange Policy

1. General Provisions

  • The customer has the right to request a return within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • The customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • For installment sales, only exchanges are allowed within the specified period above.

Conditions for Accepting Return or Exchange

  • The product must be completely unused.
  • There must be no signs of wear, odors, scratches, or damage to the sole or leather.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including the box, labels, price tags, and any accessories (if applicable).
  • The store reserves the right to refuse any product that does not meet the above conditions.

How to Submit a Request

A return or exchange request can be submitted through one of the following methods:

  1. Via the order page in the customer’s account on the store.
  2. By contacting customer service via WhatsApp/support.

You must provide the following:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the request.
  • A photo of the product, if necessary.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to the customer’s preference (such as incorrect size or not suitable), the shipping cost for both directions (to and from the customer) will be borne by the customer.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect or the customer receives the wrong product, the store will bear all shipping costs.
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, with clear photos attached.

Processing the Return Request

  • After receiving the product, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.
  • If approved, the amount will be refunded through:
    • The same payment method, or
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Store credit,
      based on an agreement between both parties.
  • The time required for the amount to appear depends on the bank or the electronic payment service provider.

Exchange

  • The replacement product will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned product and confirming that it meets the conditions.
  • If there is a price difference between the two products, the price difference will be charged to the customer, if applicable.

Store Rights

  • The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that violates the stated conditions, while fully complying with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the Zed platform.
  • The store has the right, in case of a technical error in prices or quantities, or in case the requested items are unavailable at the time of order processing, to cancel the order and refund the purchase amount if payment has been made or the order has been confirmed.
